What does accessibility cost?
Audit, monitoring, widget and actual repair are different services. The prices in the comparison each refer to the named scope of service.
Check and audit
You receive a finding: checked pages, concrete violations, a defect report. The errors are described, but not yet fixed.
Technical remediation
The barriers are corrected in the code – the service of FOXX AI, the operator of this portal, from from 389 EUR net.
Re-check and monitoring
After changes, the site is checked again. That way no new barriers arise unnoticed.
Accessibility law and consequences
The European Accessibility Act sets minimum accessibility requirements for products and services. It applies to certain products and services, not to every company website. Requirements for services provided to consumers have applied since 28 June 2025. Micro-enterprises that provide services are exempt.
Official measures
Market surveillance authorities may check, set deadlines for remediation and in the end prohibit the provision of the service. In Germany, § 37 BFSG sets a maximum of EUR 100,000 for certain violations.

What exactly does the free check test?
Selected HTML accessibility rules, the page title, the language and the main headings of a public page. The check reads the page in a read-only way. Contrast, keyboard operation, screen readers and dynamic flows are not part of the check.
Does the check replace a legal review?
No. A scanner provides technical indications, but no statement on whether accessibility law applies to your specific offer or whether a violation exists. That is a legal assessment and is required for a case-by-case review.
What does the remediation cost, and what is included?
The technical remediation costs from from 389 EUR net and covers navigation, contrasts, forms and operability for up to 15 pages. A documented re-check is included on request. The free check is expressly not part of the remediation price.
